Ted Mattila

Ted has been with Integrity Specialists since 2023 and brings over 11 years of experience in pipeline safety and inspection program execution. As Technical Operations Manager, he leads the company’s technical operations, ensuring the right processes, personnel, and equipment are in place to deliver reliable results, while serving as a trusted point of contact for clients.

His experience spans extensive ILI validation and anomaly digs across both liquids and gas systems, with expertise in long seam and girth weld inspections, SCC, corrosion, hard spots, and material verification. Ted stays closely engaged with emerging inspection technologies and methodologies, helping evaluate and implement tools that keep operations efficient and forward-looking. Known for his proactive, practical, and technically grounded approach, he excels at both routine challenges and tailored solutions.

Outside of work, Ted enjoys spending time with his family, snowmobiling, and exploring the outdoors.
