Levi Metcalf

Levi Metcalf is has been with Integrity Specialists since 2021 and is a Project Manager in the Charlottesville Division. He grew up near Mount Pleasant, Michigan, and carries that Midwest work ethic into everything he does.

Levi works closely with both his field team and clients to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Whether he’s coordinating schedules, reviewing inspection data, building dig lists, or compiling reports, his focus is always on getting the job done right and on time.

He takes pride in staying connected to the day-to-day work, supporting his technicians, and making sure no detail gets overlooked. Known for being dependable, easy to work with, and solutions-driven, Levi values strong relationships and clear communication.

Outside of the technical side of things, he’s always looking for ways to improve processes, build trust with clients, and make each project run a little more efficiently than the last.

He also wants to mention his PR in bowling is 290.
