Justin Sims

Justin has been with Integrity Specialists since 2015. After graduating with honors from The Ocean Corporation in Houston, he began his career performing nondestructive testing on above ground storage tanks before transitioning into natural gas pipeline anomaly investigation digs. He advanced through the ranks, serving as Project Manager in the Northwest region and later leading projects across the lower Gulf Coast states.

He holds Level II certifications in MT, UT, and PAUT, along with broad experience in multiple other NDT methods. In his current role as Safety Manager and Special Projects Support, Justin focuses on strengthening the company’s safety programs while leading material verification initiatives and other critical projects. He takes great pride in the quality and impact of his work.

Justin currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas, where he cherishes spending time with his family and children. In his free time, he is an avid baseball fan who loves visiting different ballparks, follows MMA and UFC events, and enjoys outdoor activities including riding bikes, fishing, and exploring nature.
