Inspection Services

Integrity Specialists has a certified inspector to meet any of your needs. Having qualified and knowledgeable inspectors saves time and money. Our inspectors will ensure the quality and compliance of materials and craftsmanship for your project.

Certified Inspectors

  • ASNT-TC-1A NDT Technicians

  • NACE – CIP (certified coating inspector) and CP (cathodic protection) inspectors

  • API – American Petroleum Institute 653, 510, and 570 - storage tank, pressure vessel, and piping inspectors

  • AWS – American Welding Society – CWI – Welding inspectors

  • Utility inspectors

Eddyfi Reddy

The Eddyfi Reddy is the most advanced portable electromagnetic NDT system for crack and corrosion assessment. Its real-time C-SCAN imaging offers intuitive signal analysis thanks to its 2D imaging capabilities. It provides high-resolution, single-pass scans with wide coverage, resulting in a high probability of flaw detection and faster inspections.

Eddyfi Spyne

The Eddyfi Spyne is an adaptable Eddy Current Array (ECA) screening tool. The Spyne is engineered to detect Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) cracks, subsurface defects, and pitting in various components such as high-pressure pipes, vessels, tanks, pipelines, and more. The Spyne is much faster and more reliable than traditional magnetic particle testing (MPI) and can accommodate a variety of probes for ferritic and non-ferritic alloys. Its capabilities include:

  • Inspection of external diameters from 150 mm (6 in) to flat surfaces

  • Detection of individual cracks as small as 2mm (0080 in) long and 1 mm (0.040 in) deep and colonies of cracks of any size

  • Coverage of 200 mm (8 in)

  • Maximum scan speed of 600 mm (24 in) per second

  • Repeatable and reliable results

  • High PoD: no cracks left behind

  • Hard Spot Detection

Eddyfi Sharck

The Eddyfi Sharck was developed specifically for cracking in carbon steel. The Sharck can locate surface-breaking cracks and assess their length, as well as size cracks as deep as 7mm (or 0.28 in). This device scans the weld cap, toe area, and heat-affected zone for longitudinal and transverse cracks with no surface prep or coating removal required.
